Do you work in rainy day?
We almost work 365 days per year (even it is Lunar New Year or other holidays). If it is rainy, we are still happy to assist you. But your clothes may be dried by dryer (we love naturally air-dry under the sun). If it is fine for you, we will come to pickup and clean your clothes.

Can I get the clothes back same day?
We almost always finish the laundry and drop your clothes off in the same day. For clothes that are picked up late in the day, we will dropp if off in the morning/midday of the day after. But all we mentioned is for naturally air-drying by the sun (and wind). If you are happy to dry your clothes by the dryer (machine), we assure to finish it in the same day (even it is picked up late in the day).

How about drying?
Naturally air-dry under the sun (and wind) is our priority. It would be good for your clothes. And smell of the sun is great. But if it is rainy or you would like to get your clothes back very quickly, we do it by the dryer.

Where shall I dropp-off my clothes?
We will come to meet you at your hotel. Normally, it is at the front desk or foyer. But no worries, we always keep in touch via WhatsApp or email to arrange the meeting for picking up.

Will our clothes be washed by hand or machine?
For Standard Clean, your clothes are washed by wahsing machine. But we will check each items before putting into the machine. If an item that is very dirty or can not be washed by the machine (follow its instruction tag), we manually wash it by hand.
